We do not require and do not knowingly collect medical records or diagnoses through the app; nutrition goals you enter are used only to generate meal plans and calculator results.

We use the information you provide to generate meal plans and recipes, run the calorie calculator, respond to support requests, and maintain your account.

Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help operate the app, under agreements that limit their use of it to that purpose.

We keep account and meal-planning data for as long as your account is active, and delete it within a reasonable period after you close your account or request deletion.
